The Entry shares First Avenue's building but has its own door on 7th Street. The space started as the depot's Greyhound Cafe and later served as the club's coatroom before opening as a venue on March 21, 1980.
It's small and dark, and you're a few feet from the band. Many acts that later headline the Mainroom played here first.
